150g shaved leg ham, chopped finely
¾ cup (90g) finely grated cheddar
4 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten lightly
1 tbsp sea salt flakes
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a large oven tray with baking paper.
- Combine ham and cheddar in a bow.
- Cut nine 7.5cm rounds from each pastry sheet. Brush each pastry round with a litte egg. Place a level teaspoon of ham mixture in the centre of each round; fold pastry over to enclose filling, then roll into a ball. Ploce on tray, seam-side down; brush tops with remaining egg and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
