Returns Policy 
  • We offer returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase only.  Refunds only offered for fully priced items.
  • For any questions in regards to returns please email us at jessica@bibobubs.com
  • Full refund will be processed once items are returned, customer is required to pay for return postage.  
Packaging
  • Being a sustainable company we try to limit packaging and therefore don't include packing slips within orders.  Everything is available electronically.
  • All gift boxes are 100% recyclable
  • We only use compostable mailers only
Why we use silicone?
  • Silicone is the best material to use for your toddler or baby as it's kinder on the environment and our planet
  • We only use premium silicone that this durable, long-lasting and non-toxic
  • All our silicone feeding essentials and tableware are made with BPA-Free Food-grade silicone meaning no nasty chemicals for your bub
  • Silicone is soft and flexible so gentle on your children 
  • Stain resistant 
How do you care for silicone?
For daily use silicone can be washed by hand on in the dishwasher. For best results use the top rack of the dishwasher and let it dry before being putting away.
Cleaning instructions for first time use or to give it a really good clean:
  1. Preheat your oven to 150-200°C
  2. Pop your silicone tableware in for 15-30 minutes
  3. Remove the tableware from your oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before use
