We endeavour to have orders packed and shipped within 48hrs of purchase.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes! We offer tracking on all orders! If you don't receive a tracking link please feel free to contact us on jessica@bibobubs.com and we’ll send through your tracking link. We use Sendle or Australia Post on all orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free shipping on all orders over $125 in Australia only
I haven’t received my item, what can I do?
If 10 working days have passed and you have not received your item and you're Australia based, please get in touch via jessica@bibobubs.com and we will be happy to look into it for you. Please note that there is some variables with shipping times due to COVID. In addition we don’t ship products on weekends, so please allow for an extra couple of days if you ordered over the weekend.
Incorrect shipping address
If an order is returned to BIBO because of an incorrect shipping address, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Customers will be charged an $10.95 fee for re-shipment of their item(s). Please be sure to double check all information before confirming your orders!
