🍏 Ready in under 10 mins! Apple & Oat Bliss Balls.
Perfect for toddlers and also lunchbox snacks these super easy bliss balls are SO good they’re perfect as a little natural sweet snack for mumma too.
What you need 👇🏼
1 cup Oats
2 cups diced apple 🍎
4 dates
1/2 Cup desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Super easy to make. Blend it all up and then roll in extra coconut! Store in the fridge for 5 days or in the freezer!
