Great for fussy eaters and suitable from 9 months onwards so ideal for BLW.
Healthy Chicken & Apple Balls

How you make it?
- First dice up 3 chicken thighs, an onion and then an apple and put them in a food processor. I used a pink lady apple but preferable granny smiths.
- Add 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs, an egg, teaspoon of parsley and thyme (fresh if you have but can use herbs).
- Add 3/4 cup of chicken stock, you can leave this out if your little one is under 12 months. Blend it all up until it’s smooth in food processor.
- Roll the balls with your hands and coat in flour before frying.
- Fry for 3-5 minutes each side on a medium heat.
Yummy! Serve as a snack or dinner! You’ll have to be careful not to eat it all as they’re so yummy.
